I’m a bookish nerd who decided to spend her 40s getting into the best shape of her life, and helping others do the same. Fitness—especially strength training—has changed my life for the better, and led me to adventures I’d never imagined, including qualifying for the 2017 Canadian Bodybuilding Federation national championships (45+ Bikini division), and flipping a 275-pound tractor tire in the 2015 FemSport competition.
I can help you feel confident, beautiful, and strong—and look that way, too. My mission is to help you unleash your athlete—even if you never thought you were one.
Safety is number one, both physical and psychological. Our gym is a judgment-free zone, where we learn by doing and risk being imperfect.
