In this 6-week workshop you'll learn how to incorporate kettlebells into fundamental exercises like curls, presses, squats, and deadlifts before progressing to dynamic and combination movements in later sessions.
Beyond technique, this course is all about moving & grooving with each other—because working out together just hits different!

Pump Power Hour

Feeling overwhelmed with planning your workouts?
Let Chanel handle it! Pump Power Hour is a fun, drop-in strength class that hits all major muscle groups using bodyweight and dumbbells. With just 4 people max, it’s a small-group vibe that’s motivating, beginner-friendly, and easy to fit into your schedule.
Each session includes a dynamic warm-up, full-body strength training, and a feel-good stretch—no two classes are the same! Come when you can, no pressure, just progress.

The Strong Arms Club and the Strong Legs Club. Come to either or both!
Options to regress and progress moves will be provided in order to meet you and your body wherever you're at. Come ready to work in a supportive class space! (only 4 times a month!)

Queer Weightlifting 101

Are you completely new to weightlifting, or a lifter with some barbell experience looking to go back to basics and refresh yourself on the fundamentals?
Then 101 is the course for you!
Open to all women (cis and trans), femmes, and non-binary folks comfortable in a queer-centred space, this series will teach you squat, deadlift, and bench press, and more!
What you will learn:
- deadlifting, squatting, and bench pressing with safety and confidence
- form and technique tips to lift safer and stronger
- implementing effective recovery and mobility strategies for a lifetime of lifting.
Sundays, Feb 1st- Mar 8th 2-3:30pm
Women's Weightlifting 101

Are you completely new to weightlifting, or a lifter with some barbell experience looking to go back to basics and refresh yourself on the fundamentals? Then 101 is the course for you! Open to all women (cis and trans), femmes, and non-binary folks comfortable in a woman-centered space, this series will teach you squat, deadlift, and bench press, and more! Led by experienced personal trainer Jenn Farrell, these small-group (maximum 8 students), 120-minute classes will ensure you have lots of time for lifting and asking questions, as well as meeting new workout buddies in a fun and supportive setting. It also includes unlimited open gym time for the duration of the course.

Ready to take your lifting to the next level?
If you’ve graduated from WTF Women’s Weightlifting 101—or you’re already comfortable with a barbell and want to brush up on your skills—202 is your next step.
Open to all women (cis and trans), femmes, and non-binary folks comfortable in a woman-centred space, this series will help you refine your squat, deadlift, bench press, and more.
Led by powerhouse Jenn Farrell, these small-group classes (max 10 lifters, 120 minutes each) give you plenty of time to lift, ask questions, and connect with new workout buddies in a fun, supportive environment.

We’re excited to announce that we’re holding our second annual powerlifting mini-meet
What’s a mini-meet? It’s a mock powerlifting meet in which athletes try to lift as much weight as possible in the squat, bench press, and deadlift for one repetition. This meet will give all our athletes a chance to show off their skills in a no-pressure, super fun, and supportive environment!
